*WWHC is not in-network with any insurance carrier at this time. During this pandemic, it might be possible for you to call your insurance carrier and apply for a “gap exception” for home birth to be considered an in-network expense.

We can bill your insurance out-of-network, but we have no control over what your insurance will cover if you choose to do so.

Cash-pay price for an all-inclusive Home Birth Bundle is $4500 as of July 1st. This includes all prenatal visits, Labor & Delivery, two postpartum home visits for you and baby, and any lactation assistance you may need. This also covers the fee for the birth assistant.

Financing for your home birth is available through United Medical Credit. You can get approval in less than 5-minutes and pay for your birth monthly for a specified term. Click the banner below to fill out a short form and see if you qualify!

Home Visits:

New Patient Visit- $150

Return Patient Visit- $100

Quick Problem Visit- $50

Telephone Consult:

  • Initial phone conversation to discuss scheduling an appointment is free
  • $25/15min for standard telephone consult.
  • If more than just advice is required via telephone (ex: prescriptions, diagnoses, follow-up) price is subject to change based on need.

Lactation (Breastfeeding Assistance)

  • Initial home visit- $150 (Max 1 hour)
  • Each additional home visit- $50
  • Telephone consult- $25/15 min.

Postpartum Care Packages

  • 1 Visit- $100 (1 hour)
  • 3 Visits- $250
  • 5 Visits- $400

Circumcision

  • $200 flat fee for patients in our travel range. Additional travel fees may apply.

Placenta Encapsulation

  • The Works 􏰃Encapsulation, Tincture, Salve, Placenta Print and Umbilical Keepsake – $400 Encapsulation can help with balancing your own natural hormones and mood, lessening the likelihood of postpartum
    depression, increasing energy, decreasing uterus size and bleeding and increasing milk supply. Tincture can be used for years to support periods of high anxiety and even into your menopausal years as it has no expiration date. Salve helps with perineal tears, cesarean section scars, eczema and diaper rash.
